AGXECUTIVE is recruiting an Administrative & Commercial Assistant for a French company that designs, produces and markets solutions for optimal use of agricultural inputs, with proprietary technology, patented for over 10 years.
Profile of the suitable candidate:
- Academic qualification: University Degree in Agronomy / Economics;
- Professional experience: 1-2 years of experience in similar position within the multicultural business environment, technical knoweledge in agricultural and technical sectors is highly appreciated
- Fluency in French, Romanian and English, Drive Licence B
- PC litterate (MS-office, email, web, CRM software)
- Dynamic, self – starter and pro-active with a high working capacity;
- Strong influencing, communication and interpersonal skills coupled with a hands-on approach.
Main Responsibilities:
- Handles administrative files process (typing, document formatting, etc.) and transmits information (e-mail, notes, fax, reporting, etc.) to / on behalf of several managers, according to the firm’s managment
- Carry out the current administrative, legal and commercial documents (purchase orders, invoices, deliveries notes, etc)
- Support of the complete files follow-up (maintenance contracts for equipment, structure, etc.).
- Commercial prospection, and customer management with the managers
- Promotes the image and corporate values of the company in all professional dealings, through general conduct and expressed positions.
