We are looking for a results driven, confirmed professional, with high motivation, able to “bend the spoon” and make distributors and farmers further adopt one of the most advanced genetics out there for added value field crops.

Profile

  • University degree in Agronomy, with economic background, commercial acumen, MBA is a plus;
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in similar position in agribusiness;
  • Knowledge of agribusiness sector and the general context of agriculture;
  • Strong influencing, communication and interpersonal skills coupled with a hands-on approach;
  • Mature personality with high energy level and good sense for innovation.

Main responsibilities

  • Implements viable strategies for increasing sales (commercial policy etc);
  • Actively prospects and acquires relevant clients at national and regional level;
  • Professionally manages directly the sales & customer service team;
  • Achieves, according to the detailed variable objectives set, the sales budgets.
