AGXECUTIVE is recruiting for a fast growing distribution multinational company, regional leader in Central and Eastern Europe with proprietary products in all input categories, a Sales Representative for Arad & Timis, position based in West of Romania.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Active prospection of farmers in the allocated area;
  • Promotes brand and portfolio of the company while creating demand for the sold products;
  • Promotes of the values and the image of the company in all business proceedings;
  • Provides client services and technical incident management in the served area in close cooperation with Technical Department;
  • Implements the agreed sales and technical promotion strategy in the respective covered area;
  • Performs accurate competitive analysis and reports to superior management the market trends;
  • Participates and organizes symposiums, field days and harvest days.

Candidate Profile:

  • Agronomic studies completed;
  • Necessary knowledge: good knowledge of the romanian agribusiness sector;
  • Previous experience required: minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position;
  • PC literacy (Office – Excel, Word, Power Point, email);
  • 90% exposure to farmers and 10% exposure to distributors;
  • clean B driving license.
