AGXECUTIVE is recruiting for a fast growing distribution multinational company, regional leader in Central and Eastern Europe with proprietary products in all input categories, a Sales Representative for Arad & Timis, position based in West of Romania.
Main Responsibilities:
- Active prospection of farmers in the allocated area;
- Promotes brand and portfolio of the company while creating demand for the sold products;
- Promotes of the values and the image of the company in all business proceedings;
- Provides client services and technical incident management in the served area in close cooperation with Technical Department;
- Implements the agreed sales and technical promotion strategy in the respective covered area;
- Performs accurate competitive analysis and reports to superior management the market trends;
- Participates and organizes symposiums, field days and harvest days.
Candidate Profile:
- Agronomic studies completed;
- Necessary knowledge: good knowledge of the romanian agribusiness sector;
- Previous experience required: minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position;
- PC literacy (Office – Excel, Word, Power Point, email);
- 90% exposure to farmers and 10% exposure to distributors;
- clean B driving license.
