AGXECUTIVE is recruiting for his client, a multinational company from agribusiness that is in a fast growing in market of Romania, a Technical Manager.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Analyzes market trends and competitors’ products to identify market opportunities;
  • Efficiently organizes the demo fields, according to the annual promotion plan;
  • Obtaines and processes in a reliable manner, the demo fields results (observation, harvesting);
  • Owns offer configuration: product flow management (innovation, launches, replacements, exclusivities) and trade marketing;
  • Delivers periodical quality technical trainings for the sales teams;
  • Collaborates with the marketing department to organize indoor symposiums;
  • Manages in due time all technical incidents and identifying effective solutions for preventing loss of  image and reputation of the company;
  • Achieves strategic partnerships with other companies in the agribusiness sector;
  • Represents the company in professional associations in the sector, in order to defend and promote our corporate interests and to increase the impact of lobby;
  • Organizes periodical meetings with the technical team and/or external technical consultants in order to improve the level of the internal technical expertise concerning both own products and products of the competition;
  • Offers informational support for Marketing department;
  • Keep close relation with the departments of Research/Development, Registration and Marketing in order to align with overall business goals.

Candidate Profile:

  • University degree in Agriculture (bachelor or master’s degree);
  • Necessary knowledge: good knowledge of all technical aspects, theoretical and practical, in  the field of agriculture;
  • Previous experience required: 5 years of previous experience in agriculture;
  • PC literacy (Office – Excel, Word, Power Point, email);
  • B category driving license valid for the entire duration of the labor contract.
